1:1 Virtual Coaching – Initial Consult

Description

Many teachers have a high level of motivation to improve their craft, start off a new school year with a bang, or work on something with a feedback partner they can trust, but the resources to be successful are not available, (or easy to access, or confidential…) at their schools. These are some of the obstacles these teachers face:

• Not enough coaching/veteran teachers/support people available
• Want confidential support from someone outside of their supervisory group
• Need fast and simplified help on targeted questions
• Have support needs beyond what their instructional coach or supervisor can/will provide

If these problems ring a bell for you, The Fly Button can definitely help you!  I am your dedicated coach and mentor, and our work together is confidential and off-the-record (unless, of course, you want it on-record!).  The first step to selecting and clarifying your own Professional Goals is a short initial remote coaching meeting  with The Fly Button.   Our first meeting is short and sweet (just 30-45 minutes) – with the goal of us getting to know a little more about each other and see if 1:1 coaching is a fit for you.
